  • Analyse end-user requirements, develop customized software, test program, and manage changes in application solutions and services.
  • Prepare deliverable to support the development and deployment of the solution such as application guides, user manual.
  • Diagnose issues and perform bug fixes/software maintenance/configurations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation of own work.
  • Provide maintenance support to customers (internal and / or external) by investigating and rectifying reported system shortcomings.
  • Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and involvement in system review with Project Manager.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant fields.
  • Experience in Cross-Platform Mobile Application Development is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in web portal development and deployment for financial institutions with focus on performance, security (cyber security) and good customer/user experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in workflow development with experience in BPM tools, connectivity to several back-end system like financial CTOS, CRIS, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, etc.
  • Background in IOS/Android is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience in Microsoft .NET, C# and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Proficient in Computer Algorithm.
  • Sharp analytical abilities, problem solving techniques, proven design skills and track record of delivery.
  • Able to multi-tasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Required language(s): English (Primary), Malay, Chinese.
  • Having mobile application experience is added advantage.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem solving skills. Demonstrate willingness to explore and learn new technologies.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Team player.
  • Willingness to travel to customer site when required.
  • Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of data management and analytics application
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
  • Conduct business meetings with customers to determine project requirements and milestones.
  • Compare operational progress against planned project objectives and suggest corrective actions for variances.
  • Review the project information to identify the risks and opportunities and present it to the key leaders.
  • Develop best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop positive working relationship with customers and other department staffs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related.
  • Preferably with 2 or more years of analytics/BI experience.
  • Experience in any of the following product will be an advantage:
  • i) SAP BOBJ ii) SAP Data Services iv) IBM DataStage v) IBM Cognos
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): SAP BOBJ, IBM Data Storage, SAP, Cognos.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
  • Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics systems.
  • Design and model the data warehouse systems.
  • Assist in developing BI reporting and analysis applications.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to business teams when needed.
  • Conduct business meetings with customers to determine project requirements and milestones.

Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in either Data Integration, Data Visualization, Data Analytics or Data Management. Experience in SAP Business Object, SAP Data Services, IBM DataStage or IBM Cognos, IBM SPSS, IBM Information Analyzer, IBM Watson Knowledge Catalog product will be an added advantage.
  • To conduct market analyses, analyzing both product lines and the overall profitability of the business.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Requirements
  • To involve in user requirement study, requirement specification preparation and prototype preparation.
  • To walkthrough with the end user on the gathered requirement.
  • To involve in system analysis and design.
  • To walkthrough with the developers on the scope of development and to work together with the developers to ensure the application is delivered accordingly.
  • To maintain the existing workflow and perform development on Workflow via Product Configuration.
  • To prepare user manual and training material for new workflow processes.
  • Provide technical / business recommendations to end users.
  • Provide daily support on the existing workflow processes to End Users.
  • Prepare details technical diagrams and use cases for any new workflow processes.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management.
  • To provide technical support and maintenance for in-house systems and hardware that includes installation.
  • Providing guidance of how to solve problems and questions.
  • Providing a professional, courteous and rapid response to the clients at all times.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server, familiarity with Microsoft.
  • To initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
  • Following instructions are compulsory.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant fields.
  • At least 4-6 years experiences in customer support field, of which, at least 2 years must be in the Support Team or Development Team.
  • ITIL-Certified practitioner is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken language : English (Primary), Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft .NET product.
  • Experience in working with complex hardware & software environment with client-server based architecture.
  • Willingness to travel to customer site when required.
  • Willing to work over time or weekend if require.
  • Able to work independently with less guidance.
