Responsibilities:
- Manage Credit Card projects leading to successful implementation in:
- Monitoring the projects & ensure each milestone is met.
- Understand the project requirement & assess for possible solution.
- Review functional specifications.
- Prepare User Acceptance Test Plan, Test Script & Test Data.
- Execute the UAT test cases & verify test results.
- Conduct post deployment verification & review.
- Provide 1st level production support to internal & external business user:
- Gather, understand & perform analysis on the production issue from the relevant parties.
- Share the root cause & provide workaround.
- Liaise & work closely with GT team if the issue is beyond the means to resolve.
- Conduct UAT & post deployment verification.
- Parameter Administrator
- To execute the production parameter updated request.
- Conduct post verification.
- Execute Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery & system tech refresh test for all card integrated systems & loyalty systems.
- Liaise with perso vendor, MasterCard & Visa to perform chip card certification.
- Execute ad hoc assignments by management.
- University Degree or professional qualifications with minimum 4 years banking experiences
- Must have card product & business knowledge
- IT background would be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work extended banking hours and odd hours/days.
- Able to work under stress.
- Able to manage and handle multiple projects at a time.
- Has strong analytical mind/skill.
- Strong strategic planning and implementation capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to handle, pick up and learn new systems.
- Understanding of card system, operational processes and regulatory & compliance requirements.
