Job Description

Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Fast food industry in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah. Job Context: working as a Kofta Chef you will be responsible for creating, preparing, and presenting delicious kofta dishes that delight our customers' palates and keep them coming back for more. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety. Key Accountabilities The position involves:
  • Develop and refine koufta recipes, considering factors such as flavor profiles, ingredient availability, and customer preferences.
  • Source high-quality meats, spices, and other ingredients for koufta preparation.
  • Prepare the koufta mixture by grinding, seasoning, and shaping it into uniform balls or patties.
  • Cook koufta dishes to perfection using various methods such as grilling, frying, or baking.
  • Ensure that koufta dishes are cooked through, moist, and flavorful.
  • Maintain consistency in the taste, texture, and presentation of koufta dishes.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to incorporate koufta dishes into menus and specials.
  • Manage kitchen operations related to kofta preparation, including inventory management and cleanliness.
  • Experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques to innovate and enhance koufta offerings.
  • Respond to customer feedback and adjust recipes or cooking techniques as needed to meet customer expectations.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of kofta dishes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience We are Looking for:
  • Proven experience 3-5 years of experience as a Chef, preferably specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of koufta preparation techniques and flavor profiles.
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity in recipe development and execution.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
