you will play a crucial role in maintaining Centric Groups integrity and adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Youll work closely with the Customer Success and Compliance Group Director to ensure that our business operations align with industry best practices and minimize risk. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detailoriented individual with a strong interest in learning about compliance and risk management frameworks. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Risk Assessment and Mitigation :
    • Assist in identifying potential risks within the organization.
    • Assist with data collection and analysis for compliance assessments.
    • Maintain and update compliance documentation including policies procedures and training materials.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor compliance with risk management policies.
  2. Policy Implementation :
    • Support the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
    • Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to these policies.
    • Maintain documentation related to compliance efforts.
o Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Success and Compliance Group Director.
  1. Audits and Reporting :
    • Participate in internal audits to assess compliance effectiveness.
    • Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings.
    • Assist in responding to external audit requests.
  2. Training and Awareness :
    • Help organize compliance training sessions for employees.
    • Promote awareness of compliance requirements throughout the organization.

D. Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field.

  • Prior experience in compliance risk management or related roles is a plus.
