ABOUT THE PROGRAM Ready to spread your wings with Red Bull Egypt? The Red Bull Egypt "Build a Bull" Graduate Program is a 6-month program starting July and ending in December 2024. ABOUT THE ROLE The Alex Sales Activator role is perfect for those who thrive outside the walls of a traditional office setting, you will be the force behind our sales operations focusing on unlocking new market opportunities for Red Bull in Alexandria and the North Coast . RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • Conduct thorough market scans within North Coast compounds to discover new sales opportunities (new stores openings or previously untapped stores). Perform daily market visits in the North Coast establishing and nurturing retailer relationships.
  • Ensure that Red Bull's in store execution is 100% flawless and consistently meets our Perfect Store guidelines in every store.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets for our VIP customers in the North Coast.
  • Transition to a designated territory in Alexandria post summer & Sahel season, utilizing the experience and best practices gained to elevate market execution and drive sales in Alex.
EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:
  • Has or will have completed their bachelor’s degree by July 2024.
  • Alexandria resident, with the flexibility to spend the entire summer season working in the North Coast.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with business partners and customers.
  • Energetic, hungry to learn, and wouldn't take no for an answer.
  • Passionate about Red Bull.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Alexandria & the North Coast.
  • Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
  • Travel 60-70%
