    We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage relationships with major Japanese automotive and industrial equipment clients. <Responsibilities>・Focus on sales activities, including following up with existing Japanese clients and acquiring new local clients. ・Selling products to existing and new clients, predominantly Japanese companies. ・Responsibilities include developing estimates, handling client issues and claims, and ensuring on-time delivery. <Sales detail>・Existing Clients: Primarily Japanese companies in the OA (Printer) and Tier 1 class automotive device sectors. ・Estimate Clients: Local clients in the cold supply chain industry, including logistics and warehouse businesses. ・Opportunity for advancement into sales management after gaining sufficient sales experience. ・Exposure to global sales operations, including importing and selling components not only from Japan but also from Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

    ・At least have 2-3years experience with sales in Manufacutring or trading company ・Owns a car and holds a valid driver's license. (Allowance provided)・Experience in the field of electronic products. (Highly advantageous)

<Job Details>●1 year in the company as Staff ・Store set up(making a store from scratch)・Unload a fixture and products from trucks・Make sales floor of home furnishing, furniture. Back room and operation room set up.・Display and replenish product at sales floor・Train new store employee・Problem solving on on the site.●1 to 3years after the joining company as Section Leader※It depends on your performance if you will be proceed to training for Section Leader・If there is a staff shortage, take on the duties of the primary staff・Manage your team members and reschedule per day with the task schedule・Help team member achiving the objectves or your orderBonus・Update the knowledge of latest sales floor and educate it on your team membersBenefit・Identification and resolution of issues at your team members●3years(It depends on your performance )※The decision to promote you depends on your performance.・Preparation for new store construction (overall work planning, personnel and equipment arrangements, coordination with other departments)・Weekly meetings with Nitori retail Philippine executives (reporting on work, personnel, and progress of training plans, etc.)・Recruiting new staff members・Progress check and training of each section leader・Identification and resolution of issues for the entire Store Set-up TeamIf there is no project for store expansion, you will be assigned to help at the store for approximately 1-2 months.・Basic tasks-Display products in showcase.-Refill products-Clean the store -Take care of customers at the store-Response inquiry via phone-Cash register management-Receive products from distributers
