Production Engineer

Job Description

• Plans and establishes work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Schedules events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others.
• Directs operational or production activities and record operational or production data.
• Cooperates with R&D concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production & evaluation methods that contributes to production improvement.
• Monitors and Improves The KPI`s System for the group of lines (Availability - Performance - Yield).
• Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Ensures security of facilities during designated shift hours and enforces all safety and processing procedures.
• Investigates and report all incidents in cooperation with HSE department. 
• ‘Supervises, Motivates, Evaluates and Trains the staff.
• Supervises the Rotation shifts between staff and attends the Shift Meetings .
• Follows up meeting daily with staff and raise report to the senior line owner.
• Follows up The Consumables, Scrap and losses.
• Collects the daily - Weekly or Monthly repair with Maintenance to follow up.
• Supervises the Process of analysis fault and problems in his line and inform the Maintenance department.
• Conduct periodical tours in his line to ensure safe and secure working environment for his team and himself. 
• Ensure that all his team is complying with HSE policies and procedures 
• Commitment to the results of HSE periodical meetings plan to avoid recurrence of accidents in the department, which was established in cooperation with the factory’s occupational safety and health team.

Job Requirements

• * Bachelor's Degree Production & Mechanical Engineering. * 3:5 Years of Experience in the steel industry is a must. * Leadership & Communication skills are required. * Very Good Command in English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. #Working_Hours : 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. #Days_off : Friday & Saturday #Location : 10th Of Ramadan. #Benefits : Social, Medical & Life Insurance, Transportation, Business line ...etc
