Think of yourself as someone who can be the next Face of TaskUs ensuring that everyone you encounter will have a good lasting impression. A Community Ambassador must exude energy, friendliness, intelligence, creativity and collaboration, so not everyone can qualify for this role. We make sure we get the best of the best, after all, we are a ridiculously good company so we make sure our employees are top notch. So come on, now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like being a Community Ambassador. As a Community Ambassador, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for TaskUs and will provide administrative support across the organization.
  • Handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all applicant engagement, reception management, client & executives experiences are ridiculously flawless, fun & exciting.
  • Regulate to maintain administrative work such as : billing validations, shuttle & logistics, executive and client management, assets & office supplies management. All responsibilities are to be completed accurately and delivered with a high quality sense of urgency.
  • You will be working daily with different team departments to ensure that anticipation of applicants are aligned with each other to provide the best customer service experience.
  • Assist and help in making sure that all business related policies and procedures are understood and followed as enforced by the leaders.
  • Maintain excellent relationship building with vendors and internal customers for departmental discussions and actions.
  • In charge of daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports to track office supplies requisition, delivery, retrievals, inventory, consumption and validation. Make sure that all reports are justified

  • A sociable multitasker with class & style.
  • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly organized, creative and proficient in writing.
with educational background of College Level or Bachelor’s Degree preferably related to Business Administration, Communications & Hospitality Management
  • We need someone who can commit to work on site from Monday to Friday with flexible working shift schedules
  • Approachable, patient, and flexible.
  • With knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding of Google Suite and Creative applications such as Canva or Photoshop and the likes would be a plus
