About Our Client Our client is a fast growing FMCG company with products across mass and premium range. The brands are built based on the health and well-being of pets as the core foundation. Job Description The Marketing Director is tasked to craft and define the country brand direction to contribute to continued growth of the brand and consumer engagement. Some key responsibilities include:
- Lead the strategic planning of short to long term marketing plan, portfolio management which includes new product launches, hero products and products refresh
- Create brand identity and ensure brand actions are in line with the sense of purpose
- Lead the team to identify and analyse consumer and market insights, share findings with the management team to ensure consistency of new product development with the country's needs
- Manage A&P budget to drive brand growth
- Build, develop and manage the marketing team, train and develop their marketing expertise
- Extensive experience and knowledge in FMCG
- Experience and exposure in leading global FMCG brands
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Minimum 15 years of marketing and commercial experience
- Experience in brand building, digital marketing, customer segmentation, product marketing
- Strong leadership experience in leading a high performing team
- Analytical and has a strong business acumen
