Job Description

Public Area Attendant As a Public Area Attendant at Hawar Resort, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall ambiance of our public areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all public areas within the resort premises, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, pool areas, and outdoor spaces, to ensure they are pristine and welcoming at all times.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust public areas regularly to remove debris, dirt, and dust, and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed to ensure that public areas remain clean and tidy.
  • Clean and sanitize restroom facilities regularly, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and countertops, to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in public areas, such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning products, to ensure that guests have access to necessary amenities.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department promptly, and assist in resolving them as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests or inquiries related to public areas courteously and promptly, and provide assistance or information as required.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and regulations, and follow established procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
