Job Description
About the job Events SupervisorWe are looking for an enthusiastic event supervisor with a "can-do" attitude to assist in planning, coordination and supervising events. Responsibilities:
- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the clients standards.
- Assess an events overall success and submit findings.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or public relations is preferred.
- 3+ years' experience as an event coordinator/Supervisor.
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel for events
