Based in the heart of the Middle East with a strategic focus on unlocking unparalleled hotel opportunities in the thriving GCC region, particularly Saudi Arabia & UAE, this role offers a unique chance to shape the hospitality landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the identification and acquisition of prime hotel prospects, ranging from greenfield projects to rebranding existing properties.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of hotel development, from meticulous planning to flawless execution, ensuring seamless integration of innovative concepts and sustainable practices.
- Conduct comprehensive viability assessments and market analyses to drive strategic decision-making, leveraging your deep understanding of the Middle East hospitality sector.
- Serve as a pivotal link to the Board of Directors, providing strategic insights and progress updates on transformative initiatives.
- Proven track record of success in hotel development and feasibility assessments, with a focus in the Middle East market.
- Extensive experience in securing greenfield projects and rebranding existing properties, coupled with a thorough understanding of the entire development process.
