Civil Engineer Qualification: Civil Engineer with a University Degree from an accredited University CRPEP CLASS C OR ABOVE IS A MUST Minimum experience requirements is 5 years in a similar role preferably in the Bahrain industry, for Civil. Must have site work experience in EWA Substation construction works and maintenance works. Deal with Ministry engineers, way leave clearance, and related paperwork. Fluent in English. Strong technical skills Strong negotiating skills Leadership profile: Able to implement, motivate, control, and impose a strong quality and safety culture in the Project team; Non - compromising attitude; Able to bridge cultural differences; Able to coordinate and direct others. Good communication skills Conflict resolution Time management Goal oriented Availability Location : Bahrain Company Industry
