Job Description
- Vacancies are available in Cairo and Alex (Other cities are welcome to apply) [Egyptians only]
- Attractive Salary - Bounce - internet allowance.
- Training & Actual work All from home and all fully paid.
- Equipment will be provided by us.
- Social and Medical insurance.
- 2 days-off -rotational shifts (9 hours including breaks)
- transportation is provided.
Job Requirements
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.- Full time Shifts only for now.
- English level C1 up to C2 .
- Graduates/Gap year and drop out we can have Undergraduates with no commitments.
- You need to be 18 years old or above.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
