Finance Business Partner Commercially and strategically focused, the position will support the practice’s growth into the KSA and increasing complexity of our projects, providing insightful financial inputs and contributing to streamlining the processes to ensure better market engagement, financial review of bids, and managing multi-BUs projects for success while ensuring compliance to the local requirements. Your Next Role Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities will be to support on various accounting duties, accounting transactions, maintain the general ledgers, financial records, and operations in compliance with internal and local rules including:

Develop and maintain a suite of financial KPIs related to the KSA market at a consolidated level and by Project, Business Unit, and discipline covering the Portfolio performance (Revenue, Profit, contingencies, WIP, debt, DSO…etc.)
Support the KSA market engagement, develop and issue insightful report to the Partners/KRMs, enabling a better understanding of the portfolios, risks and opportunities and informed decision-making.
Monitor the market exposure by BU and produce monthly reporting to the various stakeholders.
Issue and maintain monthly reports covering the backlog, pipeline, and opportunities related to the Middle East Market
Support managing projects to success, actively participate in multi-BUs led projects and producing robust financial data across the portfolios, tight management and strong follow up of risks and opportunities to ensure early identification and rectification of issues and effective decision making
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams around the practice to ensure having an accurate consolidated position for multi-BU-delivered projects.

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint skills, and able to demonstrate ability to work with various finance systems/databases.
Ability to present data in an easy-to-use manner to a variety of stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with good stakeholder management
Well-developed logical, analytical problem-solving skills
A goal driven individual that is both an independent worker and a strong team player
Strong ethical framework, high personal integrity
Flexible can-do attitude with the drive to positively approach a wide range of business needs
Resilient with excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate tenacity with an attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines.

Experience & Qualifications

Accounting or Finance degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial finance and business analysis roles, preferably from within the AEC / professional services industry
Experience within matrix organizations is a must, as well as a strong understanding and experience of the GCC/KSA market and regulations.
- Prior experience of the Agresso finance software would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Prior experience of a project focussed organisation would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Prior experience of project management ERPs would be an advantage, but not essential
