AVP Customer Value Proposition RBWM International will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting countries in customer value proposition for RBWM International Markets (KSA, Egypt, India, London & Singapore), with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the business.
Responsibilities:
Customer insight ownership and development for international markets
Identify gaps and carry out enhancement of retail products, segment propositions and digital banking capabilities
Design & Development of Value Proposition based on customer segmentation e.g., mass, emerging affluent, affluent, private banking
Digital customer value proposition & strategy development - input on digitalization, mobile platform etc.
Portfolio management - e.g., customer value deepening, retention, loyalty, proactive retention etc.
Cross-sell improvement by running targeted campaigns on existing customers
Customer Lifetime Value optimization by geographies & businesses segments.
Build cross-border and non-resident customer programs.
Requirements:
8-10 of professional experience
4-5 years of Portfolio/Proposition/Product management experience in retail banking preferred
Strong analytics background is a must with deep understanding of customer proposition development
Successful track record of identifying new business/revenue growth opportunities, develop/design the growth plan and perfect execution to achieve results
Local market knowledge advantage. Multi country experience preferred.
