Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in designing interfaces for mobile and web applications, as well as a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and a solid understanding of the latest software and design trends.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for our web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback that inform the design process.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides that ensure consistency and quality across all products.
Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and to make any necessary adjustments during development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to the design process.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in using design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual design.
