Description:
Co-pilot to the cluster commercial team providing financial & economic insights that empower decisions. Key contributor to the achievement of objectives by being a constructive challenger and setting up processes that provide transparency and accuracy of sales financials, compliance with local and Nestlé standards, guidance for the optimal use of commercial resources
Job Responsibilities:
Provides actionable insights and recommendations to drive business actions and achieve targets and ambitions for the cluster, with focus on Pricing, Mix and value creation elements
Supports the Sales functions in developing strategies for channels, customers and shoppers and in implementing the Commercial Framework Guidelines and Best Practices
Ensure pre and post evaluations are in place for all trade activities with a proper ROI
Coordinate the sales forecast at cluster level and actual monitoring (volume, value and investments)
Job Requirements:
BA/BS in Business/Finance
CMA/CIMA preferred
4-8 years experience in a previous analytical/audit/costing/accounting role
Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience.
