The Cartier Al Raya program is an immersive 12 month learning experience for Emirati talent that want to develop a career within luxury retail. Al Raya seeks to provide Emirati new joiners with a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of luxury retail, develop soft skills and gain an in-depth understanding ode Cartier's heritage, values and operations.
Responsibilities:
Continuous Development - a unique development journey to create tomorrows Cartier ambassadors.
Inspire & Empower - a state of the art program to inspire, develop and empower Emirati's to embrace a luxury retail career path

Experiential Learning - personal and professional development through immersive curated L&D experiences and encounters
Requirements:
2 - 4 years prior experience in a customer facing role in any industry
Prepared to work in a retail boutique including shift work (including weekends) which is physically demanding
Confident working with clients
Curious to learn, agile, flexible and adaptable
Fluency in English and holds a UAE National Passport & Family book
