ARENGY is an Engineering Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai, UAE. Our customers are some of the most successful industry leaders around the globe. We are seeking a highly skilled Homologation Expert for our client, a Car Manufacturer based in Dubai-UAE.
Job Description
Our client has signed agreements with foreign partners from China and South Korea to distribute three types of vehicles in the Middle East. It needs to homologate for GCC market 3 electric vehicles produced and homologated in China (Pick-up electrical) and in South Korea (Electric Van and Electric Bus).The candidate will analyze homologation requirements already met in the countries of original homologation (China and South Korea) and compare with GCC requirements in order to guide the Engineering and Test team on the additional requirements or tests needed for the vehicle to comply with GCC electrical vehicle standards.The contract is a 6/12-month contract which can be extended. The job can be done on site (full time basis) or remotely (on part time basis and can be combined with your current job).
Profile / Requirements
Deep experience of homologation process for Electric Vehicle.
Past experience connecting with homologation regulatory bodies in GCC (GSO) and in UAE (MOiAT).
Knowledge of homologation in China and/or in Korea is a plus
Very good capacity to analyze documentation related to homologation, interface with engineering and test centers.
English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
