Job Responsibilities:
Management of the destination / theme park / attraction(s) Marketing OPEX/CAPEX budget(s). Supporting the marketing team with budget planning, forecasting and management.
Responsible for raising of purchase requisitions to the correct GL codes, ensuring purchase orders have been delivered / closed, tracking of monthly expenses, managing monthly GRNs, accruals, and balancing the monthly P&L.Monthly review Open PO report for Marketing and ensure that no unrequired items are open.
Management of the destination / theme park / attraction(s) Marketing Forecast sheet to ensure all foreseeable costs have been accounted for and circulated around all stakeholders for visibility on forecast amends.
Support the Performance Marketing team with management of media rebates, ensuring correct credits are accrued and re-forecast within the Marketing Forecast sheets.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree
Minimum 5 years' experience in the field of Finance
Experience working with the Oracle ERP Application
Excellent knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
