Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the HSE in Design Advisor
Prepare the HSE in Design Execution Plan and agree the approach with the Project Manager
Communicate the HSE in Design Execution Plan to our design team
Advise team on local H&S legislation, hazards and control measures with respect to design
Facilitate project HSEiD training (as required)
Proactively support and facilitate competency assessment of internal teams and subconsultants

Requirement
Facilitate HSEiD Review Workshops. Prepare HSE Workshop Reports and Design Gateway Statements
Carry out intermittent and detailed reviews of the design risk registers (HERR) as appropriate project phases
Escalate to the Project Manager any significant design risk impacts and or/where there is a risk to project delivery
Collation of information for the HSE File (where appropriate) during the construction phase
Share the successes and lessons learned within the HSE in Design community
