Description:
Assists the finance and accounting department-Accounts receivable with billing, tracking and collections of accounts due and reconciling conflicts. Determines reason for customer payment delinquency and obtains commitment
Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing payments in accordance with established methods and procedures.
Maintaining accurate and thorough records of payment history and status of accounts.
Working with partners to facilitate payments and reconcile any differences or conflicts.
Requirements:
Practical "hands-on" exposure to an environment with a high volume of customers within Africa (essential)
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance or an equivalent qualification (essential)
Strong organizational skills when dealing with large amounts of data (essential)
