Responsibilities:
Responsible for research of the regional music market based on internal and external data and delivering in-depth analysis
Responsible for leading user op initiatives to conduct artist/user research and develop product strategy
Responsible for planning and launching products and services in collaboration with the global product team
Responsible for developing SOP and structure to empower local team members
Collaborate with XFN teams to support product GTM initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of product-related work experiences
At least 3 years of experience in product operation, user operation
Excellent product perspective, business perspective, and user perspective
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and cross-country teams
Strong research and data analysis skills, and have past experience in producing quality research reports
Passionate about social media and music
