Responsibilities:
a- Responsible for all admin related tasks in the department, including invoices, accruals, monthly payroll attendance in coordination with the Talent & Culture Team.
b- Coordinate all internal and external correspondence in the department, answering the phone, blocking the team's calendar etc…
c- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service to clients and internal colleagues mostly conducted via phone and email
d- Has a complete knowledge of hotel's services and facilities
e- Prepares Daily/ Weekly / Monthly / Ad Hoc reports as needed
Requirements:
a- Excellent communication and organizational skills
b- High level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oasys, Opera and Word
c- Previous experience as a Reservations Supervisor or Revenue Intern/Analyst willing to grow in the Revenue Management Field.
