Job Responsibilities:
Assists the Director of Marketing and Communications in maintaining an implementing an effective filing & administrative system for all matters related to sponsorship and event organization.
Identifies and maintain a general database of potential sponsors for all events and target specific ones related to each event separately
Keen negotiating skills to handle potential sponsors and ultimately close advantageous arrangements.
Self motivator and outgoing enabling to socialize and meet with potential sponsors and clients.
Job Requirements:
Fluency in verbal and written English is essential - an additional language eg Arabic would be an advantage
Must be a highly capable user of Microsoft office programme including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Minimum 2-years experience with the same role in a 5 star hotel
