Job Responsibilities:
Issuing of statements to clients using established guidelines, deadlines, procedures, and process-driven methodology.
Liaison with customers for any challenges in repayment and agree on payment plans with customers and ensure that they are adhered to.
Ensure all allotted accounts are reconciled and disputes are identified and followed up, if not resolved within 45 -60 days from the invoice date, then they must be listed and escalated to the credit manager
Resolution of queries to facilitate payments from customers
Priorities and managing a challenging workload whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Credit.
Graduate of finance, economics, or accounting.
Knowledge of gulf market and preferably in IT Sector
Good communication, Decision-making skills and are able to handle pressure.
