Description:
Assist and support the sales and Events team with admin related tasks Preparation and follow-up of conference proposals in conjunction with the Sales team Provide assistance in the formulation of quotations for conference proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costs/.
Responsibilities:
Complete organisation of conference activity / events from confirmation to post-event follow-up in order to ensure client satisfaction.
Co-ordination and hosting of familiarisation and site inspection activity including follow-up.
Co-ordination and production of conference collateral material, i.e, conference kits, direct mail pieces, etc. in liaison with the Sales Manager
Plan & initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
To determine effective and productive sales programs
Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers.
Update & upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by the Hotel
