Description:
Design the training strategy and roadmap for vendors - examples could be learning courses, training programs, and workshops for vendors about transmission, vendor portal, and all vendor operation materials.Assist Vendor content strategy and content initiatives to ensure vendor engagement, brand consistency, and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the creation of training material for onboarding new vendors and re-boarding of existing vendors.
Build training SOPs and metrics to measure vendor performance and compliance.
Support the on creation of training materials for our internal account management team, and coach them on the new KPIs.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a training professional (food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred).
Deep knowledge of Training and Quality in a Customer Service or BPO
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English and Arabic
