Legal Counsel- Hospitality Jobs In Dubai UAE | Robert Walters
Currently working on a very exciting legal counsel role (3 years+ PQE) for a prominent hospitality company in the Middle East to be based in their Dubai office.
Responsibilities:
Advising executive, senior management and board on various matters such as legal rights, and new and existing laws.
Managing organization's legal matters.
Examining and creating draft agreements, such as employment and vendor agreements.
Maintaining knowledge of organization's operations and legal documents.
Conducting legal research and reviewing company's litigation strategy pertaining to legal actions.
Requirements:
You MUST have experience working at a major international law firm, or multinational organization.
You MUST have exceptional drafting and negotiating experience and ability.
You MUST have exceptional drafting and negotiating experience and ability.
You MUST have a strong academic background within a recognized institution.
Experience in working on matters relating to hospitality would be beneficial for this role but is not essential.
