Description:
Support the region with reliability and technical matters on rotating equipment, turbomachinery and gas process equipment. Acts as a key figure in our Asset Management Team. Focusing support on the regions O&M projects and associated equipment. Processing operational data for deficiencies and improvements.
Responsibilities:
Perform technical document development and reviews, product update reviews, technical coordination, maintenance planning and engineering support for the services, O&M and projects teams
Coordinate technical functions between services and projects groups at different projects and local level
Build, review and edit technical & parts reports including and not limited to service reports and technical manuals
Monitor equipment performance and assess effectiveness of developed procedures and systems and adjust as needed
Communicate with regional and international assets, departments and vendors to address technical and project issues
Drive the development of more effective O&M and design solutions with lower equipment life cycle cost
Communicate technical bulletins. Work directly with OEM's on troubleshooting, fact finding and product improvements
Requirements:
Minimum requirement of a Engineering degree in Mechanical Rotating or Process Chemical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong knowledge of compression, process and turbomachinery systems
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable in the field or office, capable of working with diverse international teams, able to resolve disputes and build consensus
Strong customer facing skills are required to communicate and alleviate customer concerns, build consensus
Capable of effectively working with in a team without supervision in order to meet customer and employee demands
