Responsibilities:
Understanding the various laws within the UAE and Iraq.
Assists the relevant P&O team with planning and delivery of specific work activities.
Supports P&O activities as required in support of the employee life-cycle.
Supports line managers with basic P&O activity and queries
Coordinates events/P&O programmes as required, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
Manage and maintain accurate employee & company compliance files as well as general program record keeping files accurately.
Collaborate with Shared Services to ensure that changes in employee status, pay, benefits, promotions, leave or any other adjustments are processed correctly and on time.
Accountable for delivery and customer satisfaction levels within P&O Operations Support.
Support and participate in emergency response activities.
Collaborate with PRO to ensure that visa for new joiners and visa cancellation for leavers are processed on time.
Requirements:
Good standard of education - HR or business related qualification preferred
Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
Previous experience in an HR environment preferred
