Eram Talent is currently hiring a Hostess to join our team. As a Hostess at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and provide excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Assist with managing guest reservations and seating arrangements Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations Escort guests to their tables and present menus Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure efficient seating and service Adhere to all safety and health regulations Requirements Prior experience as a Hostess or in a similar role is preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work well in a team environment Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent BenefitsSalary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
