DescriptionWe at Arkaz are looking to hire a Production and Senior HSE Engineer for our Jeddah facility. The Senior Production and HSE engineer will look after monitoring health and safety, assess risk, and design strategies to reduce potential hazards within an assigned workplace. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.Key DutiesKey Duties & Related Job Experience: Responsible for Production Planning, Inventory, and warehouse managementEnsure sufficient availability of resources for inbound and outbound shipment handlingManage plant and external warehousesFulfill all the necessary requirements of MODON, PME and other government bodiesKey contact person for government regulatory bodiesKnow how of quality management system ISO9001, ISO14001Plant HousekeepingThorough understanding of machinesSafety in charge for plantMonitor and enforce standards of safety in compliance with Arkaz health & safety management systemReview and inspect work areas determining potential occurrence of safety hazardsIn case of emergency, determine and investigate the cause of accident, establish report to prevent future occurrences.Develop and implement safety policies needed to reduce accident-related costsDevelop safety plan and provide required training to teamTeam Building & Developing team competenceOur ExpectationsYou have no issue working late hours if requiredPhysically fit and decision makerHumble and friendly attitudeNo medical allergies60-70% time will be on shop floorEducational & Experience RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronics.5-7 year experience in manufacturing setupCertification or Diploma in SafetyNEBOSH is preferredPrior experience in Dashboards (Power BI, Qlik)Other RequirementsMust be available immediately.Note: you will be required to attach the following: Resume / CV
