Role: Program Lead - Enterprise Risk ManagementLocation : BangaloreKey Responsibilities:Support the execution and roll out of ERM framework to various business units in alignment with Infosys strategic vision and objectives.External risk profiling - Gathering of external data/ insights through secondary research to monitor emerging developments which could impact the organizational risk profile.Work with the business functions to understand the strategic plan assumptions, challenge the conventional thinking, stress test assumptions and enable risk informed decision making by using risk frameworkAssist in performing a comprehensive review and analysis of material risks as it relates to company strategy and priorities by monitoring internal & external factors and understanding key business initiatives. Assist with review for consistency and completeness of action plans for risk management activities.Support development of risk appetite for new key risk areas identified and periodically review appetite for already defined risk areas.Identify leading and lagging key risk indicators, define risk tolerance thresholds for each indicator. Monitor risk indicators.Participate and contribute to the automation initiatives of ERM to ensure successful implementationSuggest improvements in existing various risk related frameworks such as Enterprise Risk Management, country risk, third party risk framework, strategic risk frameworkMinimum Requirement:CA / MBA with 4—8 years post qualification experience in relevant domain PRB
