This is an exciting role and would entail you toManage the delivery of WebGL projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure project requirements are understood and metDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against themIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies where necessaryCommunicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior managementFoster a culture of continuous improvement, by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practicesMentor and coach team members to ensure their development and growthYou will be working closely withOur global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our team of talented designers to deliver high-quality services.This may be the right role for you if you have12+ years of professional experience in experience as a creative technology project managerBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Creative project management, preferably in a WebGL development environmentStrong understanding of WebGL technology and its capabilities and limitationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience in Agile project management methodologiesProven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standardsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goalsExperience managing remote teams.Manage multiple productions at once from concept to final deliverables.Understand client expectations and internal timelines around creative deliverables.
