Head of Clinical Research

Responsibilities:Development and effective implementation of Clinical research strategy of the company inline with the overall business goals and strategies.Provide leadership and develop the clinical research team inline with the business expansion strategy. End to end responsibility of designing and implementing clinical research projects including research design, site selection and onboarding, IERB and all relevant clearances, setting up operational processes, onboarding of clinical and non clinical stakeholders in the project, CRO selection and onboarding, data collection, analysis and report writing, publishing the papers/reports in impactful journals and large scale dissipation of clinical papers to national and international stakeholders thru various event and digitally.Preparation and control of clinical research budget on quarterly and yearly basis.Ensure effective Project management and MIS for tracking the various research projects to ensure timely, cost effective and quality execution of the projectsWorking closely in coordination with various cross functional teams from product, operations, marketing and clinical advisory teams.Represent the company in industry events evangelize the business and brand narrative of the company and provide thought leadershipWorking with hospital clients and individual doctors for enabling third party research projects where Dozee is used as a data collection tool.Setting up and updating SOPs for accuracy testing of the various inhouse and third party sensors in terms of accuracy and linearitySetting up and updating SOPS for clients to conduct accuracy tests on the company solutions during demo projects.Keep a track of the clinical research project undertaken by competitors and present it to the management on a periodic basis with benchmarking.Working closely with the marketing team to create marketing collateral based on the results of clinical research projects and working with L&D team to create training material to train the sales & marketing, product development teams on dissipation of clinical evidence to drive business.Ensure we create and adopt best practices inline with the latest practices in the clinical research field to ensure effective and efficient research implementationRequirements:Proven experience with leading clinical studiesExperience of working with healthcare professionalsExperience of working with CRO's is a plusExperience in healthcare and lifesciences (Medical Devices, Pharma, etc.)Experience of working in international multicenter studies is a plusEducational qualification in healthcare and lifesciences is also a plusExperience with managing a team of RA'sExperience of writing and publishing research papers About Dozee (www.dozee.health)Regarded as one of the fastest growing health start-ups in India and globally, Dozee is set to transform healthcare in India with the power of Connected Healthcare.
