Collaborate in the development of daily plans and the creation of teaching materials.2. Lead daily small-group activities for an assigned children's group, participate in large-group activities, and employ suitable adult-child interaction strategies across all groups.3. Assume control of a classroom as necessary to maintain a smooth environment.4. Gather necessary anecdotes and information for ongoing assessments and documentation requirements.5. Attend and, when necessary, participate in Parent-Educator conferences.6. Provide coverage during breaks for fellow staff members.7. Supervise daily lunch, playground activities, field trips, and outings.8. Foster personalised attention for children by assisting Educators in managing routine tasks.9. Collaborate with the teaching team in various activities, including housekeeping, diapering, toilet training, meal service, and record keeping.10. In charge of the cleanliness of the space. An educator is expected to clean up after themselves and the children they are in charge of.11. The Educator is solely responsible for the learning resources, toys, learning spaces, and stationary of the centre and is expected to keep everything organised and tidy at all times.12. Setting up the space, taking out resources as well as returning the resources to their respective places is mandatory.13. Take charge of daily updates on the app and the organisation of photo documentation of children's activities.14. Assist with weekend events as needed.15. Provide support for administrative and centre management duties.16. Will assist in computer-related tasks, such as inputting lesson plans, maintaining inventory lists, organising data, and more.17. The Educator is encouraged to approach their role with an unwavering commitment to caring for the children entrusted to the Firm as if they were their own. This includes tending to their basic needs, such as wiping noses, changing diapers, and assisting with toileting whenever required.19. The Firm holds Section 17 of the Right to Education Act (2009) in the highest regard. This legislation dictates that no child under our care can be subjected to physical punishment, mental harassment, neglect, or inattention from any member of our staff. Any breach of this act will result in stringent disciplinary measures and legal action.19. The Educator is expected to wear their school t-shirts while on duty every day unless there is a special occasion that warrants different attire.
