Title: Junior HR GeneralistLocation: AhmedabadJob Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will provide support in various HR functions and assist in the implementation of HR policies and programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources.Key Responsibilities:Employee Records and Administration:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).Assist in the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures.Benefits Administration:Support benefits administration processes, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide information on available programs.Employee Relations:Address basic employee inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior HR team members.Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.Compliance and Reporting:Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Prepare and generate HR reports as needed.Training and Development:Coordinate training sessions and workshops.Assist in tracking employee training and development programs.HR Projects:Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.Qualifications and Skills:Previous internship or academic exposure to HR functions is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Basic knowledge of HRIS and familiarity with HR software.For interview reach@ 8687773611 PRB
