The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based systems and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise- Administer Active Directory, including user account management, group policy implementation, and security management- Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against threats and unauthorized access- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps- Provide technical support to end-users as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Windows and network administration- Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019)- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and LDAP- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)- Solid understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are a plusJoin our team and take your career to the next level!
