The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the full design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of screw extrusion process, machinery and extrusion dies for uPVC profiles extrusion, plastics weldingUnderstanding market requirements for new designs of Windows profiles, feasibility against required specification with Design calculations, Simulation, process standards.Generation of 3D, 2D Drawings of mold/tooling in conformity with technical specification and design standards.Preparing technical specifications, drawings and development schedules for the development of new extrusion profilesPreparing DFMEA for new designsQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree10th, 12th and Graduation Marks Required 70% or Above.Strong communication, Analytical and Problem solving skills.
