Designation: Engineer / Jr. Engineer - Mechanical (Hub & Nacelle - Assembly)Location: Baramati, MaharashtraQualification : Diploma - Mechanical / B. E. Mechanical (Graduation is not mandatory)Experience : 5 to 8 Years (3-4 Year's of Experience in Wind Turbine - Mechanical Assemblies)Job Description Experience in assemblies and sub-assemblies for wind turbine components including Yaw/Pitch drive installation, Generator alignment, Hub-Pitch system assembly, torquing, lubricating, and drive train assembly.Accurately inspect the condition of heavy parts, gearbox, shaft, Castings etc.Work from engineering drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagrams.Efficiently use calibrated equipment and machinery as part of assembly processes.Hands on experience in critical heavy lifting through crane operations.Utilize various power tools and other torque guns to complete work tasks.Utilize the proper chemicals; must be able to understand safety data and shelf-life information.Follow EHS compliance for wind turbine assembly and testing.Assist in implementation of wind turbine documentation and process improvements.Initiate and drive process improvements.Operate crane & maintain manual or computerized records.Must Adhere to and follow all safety procedures, i.e. lock-out/tag-out, report safety concerns, use appropriate PPE as required, and follow similar safety practices.​Eligibility Requirements:Experience: 7- 8 years of Wind Turbine assembly will be preferred.Strong analytical skills, Collaborative Team player, lean deployment mindset.in manufacturing heavy products using electrical and pneumatic air hand tools.of basic mechanical theories.experience and willingness to be self-directed and identify improvement processes.and willingness to work effectively with others in a team setting.and promote safe work practices.
