The core purpose of the position is to design and execute end to end Performance Management Process and Rewards programs/interventions.StrategicDesign / re-refine end-to-end Performance Management and Rewards programs / Interventions (goal setting, mid and year end performance evaluation, compensation benchmarking surveys, policies, role fitment etc.)as a process owner for Process Design and Deployment (via processes and SuccessFactors).Operational Performance Management:Design and facilitate end-to-end performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values (goal setting workshops, goal enhancements, mid and year-end performance evaluation, leveraging SuccessFactors etc.)Provide consultation / guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, mid and year end performance evaluation processAnalyze performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Compensation and Benefits:Conduct the end-to-end compensation process, including salary surveys, salary benchmarking, and salary structure design/re-designBe a process owner for year-end compensation increment cyclesDesign / optimize employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and market competitiveness. Policy Development and Compliance:Design and maintenance of HR policies related to, but not limited to, performance management, compensation, and all employee benefits Lead policy benchmark surveys to maintain market competitivenessDesired Experience:Masters in HR from Tier 1 or 2 Institute3-6 years experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits administration, preferably in the agro-chemical or agricultural industry.knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.analytical and problem-solving skillsownership mindset with end to end accountability of projectswith a high level of accuracyKnowledge of SuccessFactors is preferable PRB
