LEGAL

**Primary purpose of job**

Provide legal advice and services in a variety of corporate, commercial and financial matters; support LCC in

providing legal guidance to senior leaders, in reviewing or preparing related legal corporate, commercial and

financial documentation, and in managing and advancing negotiation in these areas; prepare standard form

precedents and agreements for use by the Legal Department and support LCC in maintaining a legal database of

such precedents and agreements: support LCC in monitoring local. regional and international laws and legal

developments that may affect the interests of QatarEnergy in respect of corporate and finance areas; work with

LCC Counsel and Developees to provide knowledge and expertise in relation to general or specific corporate and

financial legal matters; support LCC in implementing the Legal Department's Qatarization objectives within LCC;

handle and manage general or specific legal matters as specified in the LCC Division Internal Policy or

assigned by LCC, in

accordance with QatarEnergy's policies and applicable laws and regulations.

**Experience & Skills**:

- At least 10 years of general legal practice experience including in many of the practice areas listed above.

- Has proven track record as attorney in complex contractual areas.

- Superior analytical skills.

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.

- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word.

**Education**:

- Juris Doctorate. Bachelor of Law (LLB) or equivalent from recognized University.
