**Job overview**:
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Agents specialized in off-plan properties to join our innovative real estate team. As an Off-Plan Properties Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling properties before they are constructed, engaging clients in the exciting process of investing in future developments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Educate clients about the benefits and potential of off-plan properties, providing comprehensive information on the development, location, and expected timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property developers, staying informed about upcoming projects and opportunities in the off-plan market.
- Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase the vision, features, and advantages of off-plan properties to prospective buyers.
- Assist clients in choosing suitable off-plan properties based on their preferences, budget, and investment goals.
- Guide clients through the reservation and purchase process, explaining contract terms, payment schedules, and other relevant details.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to address client inquiries and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and emerging opportunities in the off-plan real estate sector.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent, with a focus on off-plan properties.
- In-depth knowledge of the off-plan real estate market, including legal and regulatory considerations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
