**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Address any cleaning-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and productive working environment for cleaning staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be detail-oriented and have a passion for cleanliness.
- Transferable Visa with NOC
**Salary**: QAR1,600.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
