About our Client This opportunity is with a boutique, full-service Wellington CBD based client who prides themselves on being a well-respected, homegrown regional practice. They adopt a personalised approach to provide transparent, real-world solutions for their loyal clients. The team culture hosts a great balance of being fun, supportive, and high-achieving; they enjoy having a laugh together and make an effort to bond outside of office hours, yet are equally hard-workers who are very passionate about their industries. About the Opportunity We are looking for a Solicitor to join a highly respected partner in the Property team, working alongside other lawyers and law clerks. In this firm you will get day-to-day access to partners and hands on mentorship. Your workload will consist most heavily of a variety of residential and commercial property (e.g. conveyancing, leasing, subdivisions, and developments), as well as some private client matters. About You

  • 2+ years PQE with experience across general property law (e.g. conveyancing, and ideally, commercial leasing)
  • Highly motivated individual, self-starter but also enjoy working as part of a team
  • Good sense of humour
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high-volume work environment
Next Steps If this opportunity is of appeal, please get in touch with Mia Anderson on 027 9153064 or mia@fluidrecruitment.co.nz for a fully confidential discussion.
