Job Description

About Cartona:  We are a B2B marketplace. We empower retailers by connecting them to hundreds of wholesalers, suppliers and producing companies. Our aim is to enable retailers by providing them with easy price comparison, exclusive offers and seamless ordering and fulfillment experience through digitizing the traditional trade market. What we are looking for: We are on the hunt for a proactive member who will be responsible of managing day-to-day operations of  supplier’s orders on a daily basis, track and dispatch to make sure that orders are being completed on time. location: Dokki  Your day in a Nutshell might include:
  1. Proactively monitor pending and approved idle orders to ensure timely resolution.
  2. Reach retailers of the delayed orders to maintain high level of customer retention and reach suppliers to make sure of compliance with cartona guidelines.
  3. Provide comprehensive education and ongoing support to suppliers with fulfillment rates below 78% and monthly GMV below 1,000,000 ensuring optimization of their performance.
  4. Investigate and communicate with suppliers for orders containing out-of-stock items, educate suppliers and update supplier published stock.
  5. Reach new acquired suppliers during their first online month, delivering informative sessions to ensure understanding of operational processes.
  6. Reachout orders of new retailers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • You have Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • You have Very good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • You are a Self-starter who loves to own things end-to-end.
  • You are a Customer-Obsessed, Hyper-Organized, Creative, curious and Solutions-Oriented person.
You fit the bill if:
  • You have a bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
  • You have 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Someone who Can manage tasks and projects efficiently.
