**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team at a ladies-only beauty salon and spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide relaxing and rejuvenating massage therapies tailored to our clients' needs. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Massage Services**:
- Offer a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, and other specialized therapies.
- Consult with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences, customizing treatments to address individual concerns.
**Client Consultation**:
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' health history, any existing medical conditions, and areas of focus for the massage.
- Provide professional recommendations for suitable massage techniques and intensity levels.
**Massage Techniques**:
- Perform massage techniques with precision, using appropriate pressure and strokes to provide relaxation and relief.
- Utilize your expertise to target specific muscle groups and alleviate tension and stress.
**Client Comfort and Safety**:
- Create a serene and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring their relaxation and ease throughout the massage.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment room and with massage equipment.
**Product Knowledge and Recommendations**:
- Stay knowledgeable about massage oils, lotions, and aromatherapy options, making suitable recommendations to enhance clients' experiences.
- Educate clients about the benefits of different massage therapies and self-care practices.
**Client Education**:
- Inform clients about the potential benefits of regular massage therapy for stress reduction, pain management, and overall well-being.
**Hygiene and Sanitation**:
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, including treatment history and recommendations.
- Coordinate with receptionists and other team members to manage appointments and provide a seamless experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid massage therapy certification or license from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a diverse skill set in various massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a comfortable and trust-based environment for clients.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the impact of different massage techniques on the body.
- Empathy and a genuine interest in promoting clients' physical and mental well-being.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with the spa's standards.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
