Minimum 5 years experience in Sales and 2 years Experience as team lead
- Achieving and ensuring teams Daily Target (Calls, conversions, sales) are met
- Timely and accurate data entry using the sales software's
- Ensure tutor coordinators and tutors are provided with necessary logistics support to attend the scheduled classes
- Monitor the daily class schedule, which is shared one day in advance to all teachers on the relevant platform
- Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers regarding products and services and Refund and cancellation policies by the team
- Sign appropriate document - New clients
- Gathering and recording of client feedback while addressing customer complaints with effective solutions
- Ensure teams adhere of payment policies, - Payment collection and settling payments with accountant Ensure that regular follow-ups are made to the potential leads
- Maintain strong relationships with the existing customers to ensure continuity.
- Monitor team communication with customer while proving excellent customer service Regular updating of reports D/W/M
- Collaborating with Marketing team Supervise and support the Student consultant team
- Monitor and ensure effective communication of Student consultants with customer and other departments
- Collaborating with Management to provide innovative ideas for sales improvement
**Skills**
- Bachelors degree preferably in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration
- Prior experience in Sales/Marketing
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic
- Familiarity with Sales techniques
- Customer oriented
- Organization skills and Multi tasking

**Salary**: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
